Deskripsi Pekerjaan
The Administrative Assistant is responsible for performing administrative tasks for the Government Relations team. Additional function includes:
- Serving as Govrel liaison with Aboitiz Foundation:
- Support Govrel team in preparing a proposal for submission to AFI; prepare the proposal
- Attend meetings with AFI and to coordinate AFI on project implementation/monitoring
- Handle the layout/preparation of the online government relations bulletin. Will be trained to layout the contents of the bulletin.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- A graduate of any course
- Experience in liason/ business partner type
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
