Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Coordinates with Team Champions in the review and alignment of processes to the AEV business process and the corresponding documentation of processes
- Conducts ISO implementation related training and orientation
- Initiates awareness programs of the implemented management systems
- Facilitates process improvement actions together with process owners
- Conducts compliance checks or audit and ensures management review requirements are implemented
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering or Business Administration
- ISO 9001:2008 (QMS), ISO 27001:2013 (ISMS); Optional: ISO 20000-1 (ITSM); ISO Certified Lead Auditor
- At least 3-5 years experience in ISO 9001, 27001 and/or 20000 implementation and certification, Process Analysis, Problem Solving and Decision Making
Technical Competencies:
- ISO Management Systems requirements and implementation
- Process Analysis and Improvement, Kaizen
- Document and Records Management;
- Root Cause Analysis
- ISO Management Systems Internal Auditing
