Administrative Assistant for Risk Management  

• Assist the Risk Management team in setting up meetings, room reservations, documentation requirements, communication, and coordination with key stakeholders.
• Process accounting-related transactions like request for petty cash, cash advances, reimbursements, and liquidations for the team.
• Assist in the documentation, review, and uploading of the team’s processes, procedures, and policies.
• Coordinate with other Customer Service Units (CSUs) for team-related needs and requirements (ex. HR, Acctg, IT, etc.)
• Facilitate onboarding and offboarding of team members.
  • Access to facilities and network.
  • Computer configuration/reconfiguration.
  • Issuance of supplies.
  • Asset inventory and asset transfer processing, etc.

• At least 2 years experience in general office support.
• Experienced in process documentation.
• Basic or advanced knowledge in Microsoft applications such as Word, Powerpoint and Excel.
• Basic or advanced knowledge in process flow creation.
• Ability to catch or note down important discussion points.
• Strong analytical and planning skills.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
