Supervisor - Water Operations  

This requirement is for Aboitiz InfraCapital, Inc. (AIC), the infrastructure arm of Aboitiz.

The Supervisor - Water Operations is responsible for ensuring that Lima Water is able to provide water services in line with service level commitments, regulatory requirements, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Manage the daily operations of the company’s water facilities and network. Ensure that services meet regulatory, quality, and service obligation commitments.
• Manage training of new talents and deployment of human and material resources in support of service obligations.
• Ensure that all required permits and certifications to run the company’s water assets are applied and approved.
• Implement safety policies and procedures.
• Develop and manage operational budget.
• Develop project proposals to meet current and future business objectives of the company.
• Develop and document design standards for the company’s water assets.
• Ensure capture of accurate operations data (e.g meter reading, etc.), analyze operational data, and implement operational initiatives in support of business efficiency
• Manage tools (e.g GIS, hydraulic simulation model, SCADA) to ensure optimum network operations
• Provide technical support and assistance in crafting and implementing masterplan (design, implementation and commissioning stage)
• Resolve or attend to customer inquiry/complaints on water operation in coordination with Lima Land Customer Service.
• Develop and maintain good relationship with key stakeholders such as (locators, MLWD, NWRB, PEZA, and other industrial park operators)

• Must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (preferably civil or mechanical)
• Must have at least five years of experience in the related field;
• Minimum of three years of supervisory experience
• Project Experience: preferred but not required
• Licensed Engineer
