Officer - Organization Development  

The Officer - Organization Development is responsible for supporting Aboitiz’s overall People Strategies by assisting in the implementation of Organization Development and Talent Management programs and initiatives to build pipeline for critical positions, and to future-proof the organization.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Assisting in the review and preparation of data, analytics, and insights to support decision making on succession reviews, development programs, and attraction activities.
• Assisting in the implementation of the Group’s Succession Planning and High Potential Program roll-out, and in the identification of key talents’ profiles and development plans to build bench strength.
• Contributing in the review and recommendation of Succession Planning process to improve implementing guidelines for an efficient completion among all business units.
• Implementing and recommending process improvements on the Summer Internship Program for Family Members to support learning and development.
• Contributing in the review and implementation of policies on management-initiated and employee-initiated movement in the organization to promote internal mobility.
• Assisting in the implementation of Groupwide Functional Development Clusters and initiates areas for continuous improvements.

• Graduate of Psychology, Human Resources, Behavioural Science, or other related Business Courses
• With at least 3-4 years of HR, Organizational Development, or Talent Management experience
• Willing to work in Taguig
