Events and Production Specialist  

The Events and Productions Specialist will be responsible in managing all events and special projects under AEV. S/he will be using all available internal resources and supervising third party vendors in order to deliver outputs based on service agreement. Key responsibilities include:

• Plan, organize, and execute all aspects of event management, from concept to logistics and technical requirements to deliver service and outputs according to deadlines and service agreement.
• Manage the budget allocated for production and delivery of required outputs. Ensure that actual expenses are within approved budget and charged correctly.
• Handle supplier bidding, accreditation, and evaluation for various projects.
• Manage the the production and inventory of corporate collaterals, event materials, and giveaways.
• Build relationship with internal and external stakeholders.

• Graduate of Public Relations, Business Management, or Marketing
• 2 years work experince in Project Management / Events Management
• Good communication skills and can build rapport with stakeholders
• Presentation skills is an advantage
