Packaging Trainee for Supply Chain is a challenging yet rewarding and fulfilling role! AB Heineken Philippines (ABHP) is a new player in the country’s beer market, and our goal is to change consumers’ behavior when it comes to their choices for a beer. Of course, ours is premium, all-natural, and easy on the wallet – that’s why we are so far doing more than well. And in order to be a better player in the market, we first have to put that product into their hands. And that's where your skills come in!

You will be working in line with the defined and implemented safety and food safety standards to make timely supply of all packaging, auxiliary material and chemicals on the line. As well as:

• Make all the quality checks in line with the standards and procedures on simple and complex packaging machines
• Ensure that there is no shortage of any type of material where delivered materials are good quality and delivered on good location and all quality checks are done and meet the expectation.
• Execute all the packaging operations on simple and complex machines in line with the valid standards and manage documentation and reporting for the working area without deviations.
• Operate simple packaging machines (e.g. palletizer, de-palletizer, packer, unpacker, crate washer, strapper, wrapper, carton/shrink packer, bottle washer, EBI, filler, labeler, pasteurizer flash/tunnel) and ensure that machines are running at desired speed and performance.
• Collect and process basic data to make timely reports within the scope of the shift as well as on a departmental level

• Strong analytical and planning skills;
• Good communication and presentation skills;
• Excellent problem-solving skills;
• At least Secondary Education Level (High School Graduate) but those with Bachelors in Engineering are more than welcome to apply!
• Shop floor experience in beverage/maintenance operations
• Experience in Packaging / Maintenance, TPM / Lean / 6 Sigma, will be an advantage!
