Release/System Operations Engineer  

I. TECHNICAL MANAGEMENT

• Shall be responsible for accurate and proper management software releases as detailed below:
  • Act as a validator to check if softwares for release are with complete attachment and duly signed/approved by Approving Officer before release execution.
  • Prepare and maintain all Release Documentations & other controlled document files in a timely and organized manner.
  • Execute release of looper, fxp, sp, frt, frx, middleware and other essential components during release.
  • Compy with item checklist during release.
  • Send communication of what were released and inform location of release for reference.
  • Prepare and cascade Monthly Release Summary to the Team.
  • Document system bugs being encountered during release and report to the Team Leader.
  • Perform bug investigation when needed.
  • Prepares weekly Number Reports of the Project Team.
• Shall perform other duties and responsibilities assigned when need arise.

II.EFFECTIVE MANAGEMENT

Shall be responsible in ensuring an effective and quality support to Clients and Team members as detailed below:

• Ensure that deliverables are done on or before the deadline.
• Update x2 Worklist with the current status of the Project assigned.
• Monitor Project Team's x2 Logs.
• Conduct daily/weekly Software QA/QC Team Meeting.
• Not more than two unplanned absences per month unless with written document from the physician.
• Minimum of one week notice for vacation leave.
• 100% compliance on standard procedures set by the management.
• Log 100% of tasks at x2 system everyday.

• Strong analytical and planning skills;
• Good communication and presentation skills;
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Plus Knowledge in Python Programming/ AWS/DevOps is an Advantage
• Experience in Operating Systems maintenance(Windows, Linux)
• Knowledge in MS SQL(plus MySQL)
• Knowledge in GIT
• Kwowledge in Windows Script/Batch File
• Meticulous and with sense of responsibility
