Project Management Associate  

The Program and Project Management Associate works across clients to provide support during solution realization and service transition activities by contributing specialized knowledge and experience. Execute and track issue identification and resolution, and customer relationship maintenance of identified work streams. Tasks may include:

• Support Delivery Lead in the estimation of costs and developing work plans for a work stream
• Participate in Service Delivery led Transition activities
• Apply advanced analytical skills in assessing concepts and alternatives
• Lead a workstream or a defined portion of a program and/or plays a key delivery role within a program
• Define, build, and implement workable components to programs by leveraging existing standard solution components as much as possible
• Adhere to and implement PMO methods and tools
• Define detailed costs and benefits of a given solution/workstream of a program
• Manage internal/external client relationship within their area of responsibility
• Lead detailed designs and build of at least one workstream component or sub-component working within the guides of the overall PMO methods

• Open to college graduates and college undergraduates with relevant experience
• Must have at least 6 months to 1 year working experience in Project Management on a Corporate or BPO Industry
• Willing to work in BGC, Taguig on a shifting schedule
• Power to influence or complete assignments independently and ability to make decisions, as indicated by latitude to devise work products or plans, reliance on instruction and decision-making ability
