Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Responsibility for running a global operations team in alignment with client expectations as well as supporting Accenture Account level deliverables.
- Owns operational result delivery for Global Invoicing & Adjustments Leadership to include all aspects of team management and development, metrics and quality optimization and the drive to retain a highly motivated and engaged team
- Owns completeness of desktop procedures – ensures that procedures are always up to date and are being adhered to
- Provide consistency across service teams in the delivery of global process specific services, ensuring processes and procedures are implemented and maintained
- Act as the key relationship point for Accenture with our client in respect of Invoicing and Adjustments activities – maintains strong partnership with the client.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Must be a college graduate of any course.
- With at least 10 years experience in finance and accounting.
- Must have at least 5 years leadership experience in a Managerial role
- Experiences in Sales, billing, cash applications, manage contracts, credit management, collections, Reconciliation is required.
- Must have strong collections background and wit Business to business exposure
