Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Lead a team handling internal fulfillment for Accenture Operations (ie Redeployment Pool, Internal applications, etc.)
- Drive multiple visualization & analytics on internal supply
- Provide status on internal transfers
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Graduate of Bachelor’s Degree course
- Must have at least 4-5 years background in recruitment with 2 years supervisory experience
- Must have talent supply demand or pipeline management experience
- Strong Project Management and Stakeholder Management
- Knowledgeable in Excel and its functions, reporting and presentation, someone who can create and interpret data.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Must be willing to be assigned in Boni, Mandaluyong City
- Amenable to midshift schedule
