Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Prepare End to end tax returns preparation and filing, - ITR, EWT, FWT, WTW, FBT and others
- Propose and Prepare adjusting entries which relates to taxes
- Prepare variance analysis using Blackline
- Proactively prepare various schedules and working papers for BIR audits
- Manage vendor accreditation approvals.
- Prepare and ensures that monthly tax reconciling items are booked on a timely manner. Request approval from AI Controller on long outstanding recon items.
- Assist during the reconciliation of various tax accounts for the current year (returns vs. books) pre-requisite for year-end alpha listing for employees.
- Assist on LGU tax/permits processing
- In charge of file maintenance for tax returns filed and applicable working papers. Coordinate with Records Management (RM) for e-data archiving.
- Prepare BIR form 2306 on a monthly basis (Foreign Vendor and Trading partners)
- Others – adhoc reports
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Graduate of BS Accountancy, preferably CPA but not required
- Must have at least 2-3 years solid tax experience either from audit firms or multinational companies
- Proficient in MS Excel and Pivot, Presentation skills, SAP Financials (FI)
- Knowledgeable in Tax Regulations
- Tax experience in a BPO setting is an advantage
