Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Design, build and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements
- Support development team with configuration requirement for CRM
- Participate in basic application consultancy and support of system solutions in order to support business users and strengthen the usage of CRM business applications
- Provide 3rd line support for business solutions and services
- Ensure that normal services to business users/end users are restored in the shortest possible period time
- Act as a resource that supports requests and works on incidents, ensuring that they are completed within the target SLA
- Implement standard changes according to change management processes
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science or other relevant field
- At least 2 years’ experience in SAP CRM experience
- Willing to work on holidays, weekends, shifting schedules and extended working hours
