Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Improve project processes on cost, quality and client value
- Oversee the design, development of quality related initiatives and ensure quality measures are aligned with overall Business objectives
- Interact with client/internal stakeholders to drive and influence improvement objectives
- Provide support towards continuous Improvement programs like Six Sigma across various functions to enhance value to clients
- Lead global projects in BE
- Work with Service Delivery Leads/Functional Leads to optimize the quality of the assigned projects by recognizing, enhancing and sharing quality best practices
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Graduate of any bachelor’s degree
- Post Graduate/Masters of Business Administration is an advantage
- Preferably with training in six sigma
- At least 2 years’ experience in a BPO industry
- At least 3 years’ experience in Client and Project Management
- Willing to work on holidays, weekends, shifting schedules and extended working hours
