Creative Project Coordinator  

We are looking for highly agile Creative Project Coordinators (Associates) who are strongly passionate about accounts management, project management and sales support for multimedia design (design and animation) and web projects.

• Manage multiple clients and projects related to multimedia arts, web maintenance, web development, and other service lines.
• Perform project scoping, estimates and create proposals.
• Support business development / sales initiatives.
• Participate in pitches to brands and attend to client calls.
• Write content or scripts, as needed.
• Prepare critical path schedule for projects and ensure deadlines are met.
• Collaborate with various project stakeholders (clients, designers, and developers) to ensure expectations and responsibilities are aligned.
• Perform User Acceptance Testing to ensure all requirements are met before project turnover to the client.
• Write documentation and lead client training related to service deployed.
• Improve and monitor compliance of internal processes related to project management and operations.

• Excellent English communication skills, both oral and written.
• Has a passion for accounts management, project management and sales support for multimedia design (design and animation) and web development projects.
• Has strong problem-solving skills and very strong attention to detail.
• Highly organized.
• Comfortable talking with clients and doing presentations.
• Able to translate technical information in layman’s terms.
• Able to multitask and can gracefully handle pressure.
• Willing to learn high-level technical processes.
• Willing to work in Makati after the COVID pandemic.

Preferred but not required qualifications:

• 1 year + relevant work experience are preferred.
• Applicants with experience in managing projects and/or using project management software are preferred.
