Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Overall responsible for the consistent delivery of the dining experience.
- Overall in-charge of the smooth operation of the restaurant in order to meet its monthly EBITDA targets
- Responsible for rallying his/her team to achieve the 1771 Group of Restaurants’ mission and vision
- Formulates and employs in-house sales strategies in order to maximize the different revenue streams of the restaurant
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Minimum of 3-years in restaurant management
- Used to restaurant life
- Has business acumen and is sales-driven
- Team leader/builder
- Creative and open-minded
- Has worked abroad or traveled internationally
- Physically fit
