The Client Supervisor is responsible for the day-to-day execution of client work. The team's chief "doer" will:
- Work with the Account Manager to foster innovative solutions to client challenges
- Partner with internal creative team and third-party production vendors in ensuring projects run smoothly, are delivered on time and up to the client’s expectations
- Support account on ongoing administrative responsibilities, including updating and maintaining internal and external status reports, managing monthly billing reports, etc.
- Keep abreast of current trends and competitor news
Minimum Qualifications
We’re looking for a Public Relation supervisor who has at least 3 years of experience in Public Relation and communications area. The ideal candidate:
- Experienced in PR agency, advertising and communication agency or related
- Automotive and technology background would be adventaged
- High media relation networking
- Able to clearly explain and summarize information (oral and written) in English
- Confident, articulate, curious and unafraid to ask questions
- Always thinks ahead and is able to anticipate next steps and does things without always being told
- Is a team player who has demonstrated the ability to develop strong relationships and who is always willing to step in and help a hand across any project and/or need
- Demonstrates strong creative instincts and a passion for traditional PR and digital media
- Is enthusiastic and always ready to learn something new
