The Junior Designer is an original thinker who contributes to the development of digital creative concepts, translating them into visual and interactive form. They are a team player skilled in matching strategic direction with appropriate design results for digital marketing initiatives. Attention to detail, combined with a strong working knowledge of design-related applications is essential. They will be working on social media campaigns, film and photography shoots, long form content layout and multi-media stories that will be published across social channels. They should be a wizard with Adobe CS, but also find editing images on their phone a breeze
Responsibilities
- Develop creative campaigns, content ideas and content themes in collaboration with the creative, planning and account teams
- Produce content for client in different formats, e.g. social media posts, emails, blog posts, landing page, display
- Assist with business pitches to win new clients or projects
- Keep up to date on the digital landscape and trends in Indonesia
Minimum Qualifications
- Strong design portfolio with 2+ years design experience and 1+ years in digital
- Strong visual, interactive and graphic design skills
- Solid working knowledge of the latest design toolsets
- Good knowledge of Adobe Creative (especially Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign)
- Good knowledge of the basis of design, typography, and composition
- Basic knowledge of UI/UX
- Basic knowledge of marketing, communications, and social media strategies
- Familiar with the production process for initiatives of various size across multiple media platforms from web, mobile, experiential to social
