Job Description
The CSA Associate is responsible to provide administrative and logistical support in the implementation of corporate wide program. This includes organizing action programs and monitoring of post action line ups and results to ensure effectiveness of initiatives.
- Coordinates with different departments and point persons as needed in the implementation of identified corporate programs.
- Generates and distribute necessary communications and business correspondences (memos, letters, announcements, articles, etc…) related to implementation of identified corporate program.
- Assists in the monitoring and documentations needed to ensure successful implementation and execution of identified corporate programs.
- Assist in establishing efficient and effective corporate communication system ensures accuracy and consistency of information for ongoing key initiatives in the organization.
- Assists in the logistics and other administrative legworks needed in organizing various corporate affairs/ events.
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
- At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employee specialized in Public Relations/Communications, Operations, Logistics & Supply, Human Resources, or equivalent.
- Background in Operations Management (specifically Supply Chain Management), Strategic / Corporate Planning, Human Relations, and Policy Making would be a great advantage.
- Very good professional communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Excellent technology skills and data/ research oriented
- Excellent coordination skills
- Strong people skills (can connect to different levels of members in the organization)
