Job Description
- Handles guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently, in a friendly and professional manner.
- Greets, registers, and assigns room to hotel guest/s.
- Keeps records of room assignments and availability.
- Provides exceptional guest assistance in a highly professional manner.
- Comfortably handles guest complaints with strong follow through.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in any course, from a top University.
- Experience in a Customer Service role is highly desired.
- Passion for handling people.
- Strong communication skills.
- Pleasing personality.
- Able to multitask.
- Fluent in English.
- Willing to work on a flexible schedule. (Weekends, and night shifts).
