HR Intern (Recruitment)  

The ZEN Rooms Talent Acquisition team is currently looking for interns! As we are experiencing rapid growth we are in need of bright, young, and proactive individuals who are ready to take on the challenge of recruiting top talent. With this internship, you will be immersed in a multi-cultural environment where you will not only learn about recruitment but be a part of developing valuable content and projects to bring the ZEN Talent Acquisition team to the next level!

As a Recruitment Intern your responsibilities will be the following:

• Actively scout for superstar candidates to fill roles for ZEN Rooms PH
• Learn how to assess candidates via interview and paper screenings
• Develop projects to further enhance the processes under Talent Acquisition
• Create content for our up and coming ZEN Careers social media pages
• Conduct background check for upcoming joiners

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, or equivalent
• You are very highly motivated and hungry for growth.
• You are very proactive in taking up tasks and making sure they are done fast.
• You are open to take on responsibility and work under pressure
• You are able to work on multiple projects simultaneously under time constraints.
• You are ready to experience the pace and fast growth of an eCommerce startup
• Willing to work in BGC
