Job Summary: As a Liaison Officer you will be responsible for picking up and delivering messages, documents, packages, and other items between ZEN’s offices and departments, as well as sending messages and documents the company’s other business concerns.
Roles And Responsibilities
- Have documents notarized; deliver important documents (and return with received copy)
- Perform government application filings and liaison work (e.g., DTI permits for Marketing, DFA consular for Legal, local government follow-ups)
- Assist with bank transaction such as depositing checks in banks
- Photocopy documents, go to shops for specialty printing, and other office related tasks

Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least a High School Diploma, Vocational Diploma/Short Course Certificate, Bachelor's/College Degree in any field
- At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in a related field is required for this position
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
