ZEN Rooms, the game-changer startup in the hospitality industry, is searching for a Front Desk Officer to help maintain and sustain excellent customer service, providing quality standards for all ZEN hotels.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Report directly to the Hotel Manager
- Welcome guests at the hotel
- Assign a room to walk-in guest and submit the walk-in form for ZEN Rooms use
- Receive cash payments from guests and keep it at the Front Desk area
- Compile the daily sales report and submit it to the Hotel Manager for approval
- Stay in touch through phone calls with ZEN Rooms customer service for urgent needs
Minimum Qualifications
What profile are we looking for?
Academic and Work Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in any course (preferably hospitality/tourism or related)
- Experience in a customer service role is highly desired
Mindset and Attitude
- Passion for managing various types of people
- Ability to handle multiple responsibilities
- Willing to work in a flexible schedule
Skill Sets
- Strong Communication skills
- Fluent in both English and Filipino
