Job Description
- Client related responsibilities, such as, but not limited to:
- End to end bookkeeping (Bank reconciliation, AR - sales and receipts, AP - purchases and payments, expense reimbursements, general ledger)
- Payroll processing
- Provide monthly financial reports to clients
- Accounts preparation, analysis and review
- Preparation of tax reports for various clients (Business Activity Statements and/or Installment Activity Statements)
- Collaboration with our Australian clients and counterparts
- Handle other related duties that may be assigned from time to time.
- Assist the head of delivery as needed.
Minimum Qualifications
- At least 2-3 years of working experience.
- Experience in modern cloud accounting software (MYOB, Xero, QUICKBOOKS, SAASU) will be highly regarded.
- Demonstrated ability and experience in providing accounting services to a portfolio of clients.
- Experience in multi-client service environment.
- can demonstrate ability to engage with clients – mainly through email
