Job Description
- Successful applicants are going to assist our customers in their concerns regarding orders and / or product orders via call or email.
- Answer calls and responds to emails
- Handle customer inquiries both telephonically and by email
- Research required information using available resources
- Manage and resolve customer complaints
- Provide customers with product and service information
- Enter new customer information into system
- Update existing customer information
- Process orders, forms, and applications
- Identify and escalate priority issues
- Route calls to appropriate resource
- Follow up customer calls where necessary
- Document all call information according to standard operating procedures
- Complete call logs
- Produce call reports
Minimum Qualifications
- Must have reached at least 2nd-year college.
- Must be fluent in speaking the English language.
- Possess good moral character.
- Must have at least 1-year work experience in a call center company
- Preferably living within Alabang, Muntinlupa, and Las Pinas area.
- Applicants must be well-versed in the English language, both in oral and written and must be keen in details. He/she must be willing to work on a rotational shift and can work even on weekends and holidays.
