- Ensures all pertinent information and policies are property being practice.
- Manage and monitor performance of all Team Leaders and their team members.
- Suggests collection strategies which can be used for daily collection operation.
- Review individual daily collector activities; provide feedback and direction.
- Provides feedback and reports daily movement of each team achievements.
- Provides a timely update of the collection results and performance of each staff per team.
- Able to provide collection analysis of the daily, manual and annual performance of the collection operations.
- Perform other activities that are connected with the job.
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Business Studies/Administration/Management/Finance/Accounting/Banking or equivalent.
- Preferably, with experience in Collections.
- At least 3-years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills, Complex analysis and problem-solving skills.
