Job Description
- Respond to phone calls professionally and courteously.
- Respond to customer inquiries and requests and resolve them.
- Provide information about products or services to customers.
- Manage and update customer databases with the status of each customer.
- Follow up customer inquiries and requests.
- Evaluate problems of the customers and provide logical lasting solutions.
- Ensure feedback from the customers to further improve customer satisfaction.
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of any Medical courses (Bachelor’s Degree);
- No work experience required;
