Retail Store Associate  

• Provide friendly and informative service to all customers.
• Act in a courteous manner to all customers and employees.
• Proactive in making self-knowledgeable in the products carried by the company.
• Handle all work with honesty and integrity.
• Work with the aim to sell at all times and maintain the best interests of the company.

Responsibilities:

• Follow established procedures and guidelines.
• Respect the authority of managers and supervisors.
• Maintain store cleanliness.
• Keep well presented in-line with uniform and personal hygiene guidelines.
• Be punctual for work, follow all attendance guidelines.
• Complete tasks assigned and checklist duties diligently.
• Provide efficient, friendly and knowledgeable service to all customers.
• Follow established protocol/steps in serving retail and dining customers.
• Share the company’s objectives and actively promote products, activities or events as indicated by management.
• Maintain safe work practices and hygiene procedures all the time.
• Report all concerns promptly including guest feedback or complaints, incidents in store including theft, breakage, inventory discrepancies, till discrepancies, accidents, and HR/staff related issues.
• Contribute to a healthy work environment with open communication lines to all levels of the company free of gossip, rumoring and harassment.

• College Educated – Hospitality related program preferred
• Computer literate, able to learn new programs
• English fluent
• Can accurately manage cashiering/money related tasks
• Able to learn and absorb information from written material, lectures and role-play training.
• Work requires long periods of standing, lifting and walking.
