Creative Designer/Document Specialist (MS Office Expert)  

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with the Creative Director or Producer to determine the project scope
• Understand the client’s creative vision from the creative brief, the Creative Director or Producer’s instructions, and/or client calls
• Creative designs that convey the intended message/creative vision by hand or using computer software packages
• Review designs for errors before sending out
• Incorporate revisions requested by the clients into the final design
• Create templates using Microsoft applications aligned to client brand styles.
• Create new and edit existing templates using Microsoft applications to align with client branding.

• The digital advertising industry
• Online and print media design principles and best practices
• Performing QA on designs

• Must present an impressive portfolio
• Expert in Photoshop and Illustrator, as well as graphic design, illustration and layout
• After Effects, Premiere, Flash, or HTML5 skill a great plus
• Strong written and verbal English
• Strong analytical and planning skills
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Must be willing to work any shift specially on a NIGHT SHIFT
• MS Office Expert
