Job Description
The Human Resource Manager will be responsible for the following responsibilities:
- Coordinating with employee concerns and labor relations
- Ensure timely recruitment and hiring of qualified candidates
- Ensure timely and accurate payment of compensation and benefits
- End to end HR process
Minimum Qualifications
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
- Knowledgeable in labor relations, recruitment and compensation and benefits
- Experience in HR for atleast 5 years
- Familiar with ISO 9001:2015
