Job Description
The Sales Admin Specialist is in charge of liaising between the Sales team and the back office.
Responsibilities:
- Book orders of doctors, pharmacies, and distributors
- Encode details of orders to worksheets and SAP system
- Check and draft contracts of deals, promos, and discounts made between Sales and clients
- Process requests for activities and supplies of the Sales department
- Provide clerical support to the National Sales Manager
- Process requirements of Trade Specialists and activation of accounts
- Conduct calls to assigned districts to monitor activity and attendance of Medical Representatives
- Check liquidation reports and attendance submitted by Sales employees
- Book flights and hotel accommodation for official business of company officials
- Other tasks that may be assigned by the Management
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of any Business course
- At least 2 years experience in Sales and Marketing
- Highly organized and keen to details
- Very good communication skills both verbal and written
- Proactive
- MS Office proficient
- Can deal with people at all levels
- Can start immediately
