Job Description
- With knowledge in troubleshooting
- Defining software, hardware and network requirements
- Analyzing IT requirement within companies and giving independent and objective advice on the use of IT
- Testing, installing and monitoring new systems
- Back up files in all the PC inside the office
- Full access on the Network Server of the company
- Mapping of network
- Troubleshoot all technical issues within the office parameters
- Canvassing and purchasing of inks, headsets, CCTV camera, PC, CPU, keyboards, cable wires, external drive and USB
- Maintaining the company's IT network, servers and security systems
- Responsible for investigating and diagnosing network problems, collecting IT usage stats, making recommendations for improving the company's IT systems and carrying out routine configuration and installation of IT solutions
- Setting up new users and managing backup
- Working knowledge of IT operating systems
- Hands on experience of installing IT hardware and software
Minimum Qualifications
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
- Ability to raise work related issues
- Good organisational skills
- Good time management
