Job Description
- Preparing and presenting design proposals to management
- Producing detailed drawings
- Negotiating with contractors and other professionals
- Attending regular meetings with management, contractors and other specialists
- Coordinating the work of contractors
- Making site visits to check on progress
- Dealing with problems that might come up during building
Minimum Qualifications
- Must have completed a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture
- With Latin Honors is highly is an advantage
- With outstanding scholastic and/or extracurricular achievements will also have an advantage (i.e. Board Topnotcher, etc.)
- Have strong visual awareness and an eye for detail
- Have good drawing skills, with the ability to work in three dimensions (3D)
- Be inventive and imaginative
- Be passionate about buildings and the built environment
- Care about people and the environment.
- Willing to work in Las Pinas
