Supply Chain Executive | Import Specialist | Export Coordinator  

The candidate will be performing the following Implant Services tasks:

• Handling of order processing/fulfillment and customer service for customers/sales representatives/project managers;
• Receiving, review of and entering customer purchase orders and Workflow Indexing of Customer orders in the oracle system of ENP PH;
• Processing of vendor purchase orders and checking of orders against inventory and forecast;
• Working with finance, distributors, sales representatives and project managers to resolve PO issues;
• Working with Planning, Logistics, and IT to resolve order logistics issues;
• Communication of order status to distributors, sales reps, project managers and track to delivery;
• Logistics, Shipment documentation and processing (CI/PL, Pick Slip/DN);
• Maintaining order status/tracking log;
• Completion of ad-hoc reporting when requested;

• A graduate of any 4-year course and with Customs Brokerage License.
• Minimum of 1-year experience in a Supply Chain, Logistic or Freight Forwarding role/industry
• Good verbal & written communication skills
• Adept with various computer applications
• Preferably residing within the area of Pasig City, Paranaque, or Kalaw, Manila
