Job Description
- Processes orders ensuring that the operations team receive the deliverables in a timely manner
- Facilitate order creation, modification and cancellation as requested by the Pre-Sales team
- Manage and monitor all shipments/deliveries and provide status updates
- Identify customs requirements needed for the delivery
- Liaise with logistics assistant on order dispatch, deliveries and freight costs and GR
- document
- Resolves invoice pricing issues with Finance
- Perform other tasks and responsibilities that may be assigned by the immediate superior from time to time
- Take responsibility in Procurement, Vendor Management and Supply Chain Management for marketing collaterals
Minimum Qualifications
- Well experienced with office tools and equipment, Windows operating systems and Microsoft office tools and other apps
- Good communication skills to relate to customers and stakeholders. Clear, courteous and professional verbal and written skills
- Willing to maintain and update own knowledge of IT content
- Able to work independently or as a team member
- Has the ability to understand documentary processes and procedures
- Flexible and with sense of urgency
- Keen to details
- Can work with minimal supervision
- Knowledge in SAP is a plus
- Graduate of IT-related course is a plus
