Job Description
- Identify improvement opportunities and develop creative solutions that optimizes sales operations.
- Conducts data gathering and analysis to understand business strategy requirements.
- Work wisely with the project owner and stakeholders to analyze and understand business needs.
- Develops, writes, and communicates business requirements and specifications for the implementation of the business
- Investigates problems and develops recommendations for resolutions.
- Assists in running workshops and training sessions as necessary.
Minimum Qualifications
- Must have Bachelor's Degree
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong communication skills (both written and spoken)
- Ability to learn other software programs
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to take direction and absorb information
Preferences:
- Knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud programs
- Knowledge of Salesforce or SAP HANA is a plus
- Knowledge of Tableau or PowerNI is a plus
- Background in corporate branding and design is a plus
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing a plus
