Job Description
- Lead the implementation of applications and solve technical and business issues through an agile approach
- Design and build a technical system architecture based on business needs and drivers
- Manager tasks and team members according to project needs
- Manager and inspire team, increasing commitment and aligning expectations
- Responsible for translating user requirements and processes into systems in close coordination with the Project Manager, Business Analyst, and Database Administrator.
- Debugging the systems to make sure it is running without errors and it meets the end-users expectations.
Minimum Qualifications
- Required skill(s): .NET, Java or PHP programming and RDBMS (MS SQL or MySQL), Analytical and Problem Solving Skills
- Pluses: Working with Web Services, MS Report Builder, SSRS, jQuery, CSS3 and HTML5 knowledge
- Must have good knowledge of .NET programming and RDBMS
- Excellent coding and debugging skills
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably employees who has a strong project portfolio.
