Job Description
- Responsible to understand and analyse the requirement (based on “Demand Request”) from business users.
- Create Change Request (CR) or Business Requirement Document (BRD) based on agreed solution and complete the process on target.
- Working closely with P&P team or any department for the Business Process related.
- Responsible to submit BRD to IT Division for development / enhancement application.
- Responsible for serving as an intermediary between Technical Developers and Business Users.
- Business Analyst is responsible to analyze and give the feedback related to the issue.
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
- At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field (retail) as Business Analyst is required for this position, Fresh graduated are welcome to applied.
- Required Skill(s): Microsoft Word, Microsoft Visio, Microsoft Power Point.
- Mastering in writing English & Indonesian.
- Have strong analysis & assessment skill.
- Have good interpersonal and communication skill.
- Have high motivation and proactive.
- Team work player and yet independent in finishing task given.
