Job Description
- Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners
- Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks
- Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests
- Providing technical support across the company (this may be in person or over the phone)
- Setting up accounts for new users
- Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary
- Testing new technology
- Possibly training junior staff
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Information
- With at least 1 year working experience as an IT
- Expert in computer /laptop troubleshooting installing software and configuring networks
- knowledgeable in installing and configuring cctv's With communication skills
- Excellent written and verbal English, Tagalog
- Strong computer skills and ability to troubleshoot IT problems
- Has analytical troubleshooting skills
- Basic knowledge in troubleshooting networks, Computer, Printers, etc.
- Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Powerpoint, Word, ETC)
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
