Job Description

  • Provides high-level support and assistance to the President/ Executive
  • Prepare executive's agenda and assist in planning appointments, board meetings, seminars and conferences
  • Acts as authorized signatory and primary point of contact for internal and external clients
  • In-charge in preparing, filing and retrieving confidential company documents and records while ensuring its security
  • Facilitate communication within the company to maximize workflow
  • Prepares and processes invoices, memos, statement, and other essential documents
  • Responsible in handling incoming and outgoing calls, letters, mails, packages and other correspondence
  • Maintains a filing system for both manual and electronic reports
  • Fieldworks for task-related errands
  • Performs other relevant duties as assigned by the Executives and immediate supervisor(s)

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, Banking, E-Commerce, Secretarial or any other related courses
  • Having a Latin honor and/or equivalent award is a plus
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication as well as presentation skills
  • Strong planning abilities and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • In-depth knowledge and understanding of secretarial principles, office management practices, and basic accounting procedures
  • Has initiative and can work with minimal supervision
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines
  • Keen eye for details
  • Integrity and confidentiality
  • Preferably female
  • Can work remotely from home
