Job Description
- Provides high-level support and assistance to the President/ Executive
- Prepare executive's agenda and assist in planning appointments, board meetings, seminars and conferences
- Acts as authorized signatory and primary point of contact for internal and external clients
- In-charge in preparing, filing and retrieving confidential company documents and records while ensuring its security
- Facilitate communication within the company to maximize workflow
- Prepares and processes invoices, memos, statement, and other essential documents
- Responsible in handling incoming and outgoing calls, letters, mails, packages and other correspondence
- Maintains a filing system for both manual and electronic reports
- Fieldworks for task-related errands
- Performs other relevant duties as assigned by the Executives and immediate supervisor(s)
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, Banking, E-Commerce, Secretarial or any other related courses
- Having a Latin honor and/or equivalent award is a plus
- Outstanding written and verbal communication as well as presentation skills
- Strong planning abilities and problem-solving skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- In-depth knowledge and understanding of secretarial principles, office management practices, and basic accounting procedures
- Has initiative and can work with minimal supervision
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines
- Keen eye for details
- Integrity and confidentiality
- Preferably female
