Job Description
- Manage the full spectrum of Human Resource;
- Oversee internal HR processes to ensure compliance to policies and labor-related laws and proper implementation thereof;
- Coordinate and process HR-related projects such as but not limited to recruitment support, payroll, compensation and benefits, employee relations, strategic planning, organizational development, and training requirements.
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of Human Resource Management, BS Psychology, other Social/Behavioral Science or other Business courses.
- Preferably has atleast 5 years and above professional experience in most of the facets of HR with atleast 2 years in managerial post.
- Preferably has background in all facets of HR
- Good leadership skills.
- Has above average verbal and written communication skills and great people skills.
- Organized and systematic in person and at work, high degree of accuracy/ attention to details.
- Above average skills in Microsoft Office applications, especially in Excel.
- Strong analytical and planning skills.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
