Job Description
- Ensures timely and accurate processing of accounts payable; receives, verifies and posts accounts payable invoices
- Maintain accounting files and records
- Responsible for management report (monthly and quarterly) preparation and financial analysis for internal and external customers
- Interacts with vendors and department managers to process/resolve accounting discrepancies
- Assist with month-end reports
- Processes tax reports and other regulatory requirements
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy or any related field
- Professional License
- 6 months work experience in accounting or any related function
- Proficient in MS Excel and other MS Office application
- Good communication skills
- Can work with minimum supervision
- Result-oriented
