Job Description
- Help defining and spliting tasks of each sprints to each engineers
- Prepare and develop backend applications
- Create and develop code with high quality codes and unit tests
- Create and maintain proper project structures
- Trace and solve any code problems and challenge, both in Production and Non Production
- Understand backend software architecture also the relation to business value
- Design and create software architecture documents of the application
- Relate correlation of the software design and business needs
- Analyze, solve backend technical decision & problems in the backend project
- Assess quality of existing applications
- Suggest and decide any technical initiatives to solve problems
Minimum Qualifications
- Advance level of syntax, fundamental, best practice, implementation, and code quality of backend programming language (Golang, Javascript, or PHP)
- Advance level of database implementation (index, relational/non-relational, transactions, and locking) and queries
- Intermediate level of system design
- Advance level of microservices implementations (concept, pros-cons, boundaries systems, trace and solve issues)
- Intermediate level of Event Driven system implementation
- Familiar with many of design patterns (Singleton, dependency injection, clean architecture, dao/repository pattern)
- Fluent in implementing unit tests
- Familiarity with development tools (git, jenkins, docker, sonarqube)
- Have high sense of Observability"
