Job Description
- Assess all aspects of associate operational performance and provide timely and detailed feedback.
- Managing and developing operations process improvements on overtime management, scanning compliance both process and system advancement.
- Continuously review existing network, work practices and process flows within operations to identify improvement opportunities
- Develop and promote different productivity models within operations and support in the establishment of operations productivity targets for the organization
- Work closely with supply chain to develop necessary reporting to improve efficiency of operations process
- Ensure successful area performance through tracking and reporting metrics
Minimum Qualifications
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
- 5+ years of warehousing, operation especially in e-retail.
- Strong communications skills and people management and operations process skills/knowledge.
- Continuous improvement mindset and passionate for data.
