Graphic Designer  

As a Graphic Designer, you will create engaging and impactful marketing collaterals that capture and sell our company vision. This can be in the form of e-books, social media posts, GDN/Facebook ads, brochures, infographics, newsletters, pitch decks, event materials, and the like. You need to have a creative flair and a strong ability to translate requirements into the design with minimal to no supervision.

You will be working with a highly collaborative team, and are expected to be comfortable in expressing your ideas and design decisions, as well as taking feedback. You are proactive and efficient and can deliver high-quality output under tight deadlines.

What We're Looking For

• Work with the marketing and operations team in fulfilling marketing initiatives by:
• Contributing ideas and participating in brainstorming sessions;
• Studying design briefs and determining requirements, raising questions and giving feedback if needed;
• Interpreting the business needs and developing a concept to suit their purpose;
• Preparing rough drafts and presenting your ideas; and
• Creating effective marketing collaterals and ensuring that it communicates the products well while reflecting the company's visual identity.

• A graduate of Fine Arts, Multimedia Arts or Advertising are preferred, but self-taught designers are welcome;
• A strong, versatile portfolio showing skills in layout, graphic design, and illustration;
• At least 1-3 years of experience in Graphic Design;
• Up to date with industry-leading software and technologies (Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, etc.);
• Able to interact, communicate and present ideas;
• Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively;
• Able to attend to revisions in a timely manner;
• Have excellent communication skills;
• Experience in the advertising field is a plus;
• Animation and UI/UX design skills also a plus
