Job Description
Duties and responsibilities:
- Fit to Work Assessment
- Taking patient samples, pulses, temperatures and blood pressures
- Assessment of pre-employment medical examination
- Assist company physician and sickness condition of employees.
- Arrangement of Annual Physical Examination/ Drug test and other medical testing
- Provide first aid and medical service to employees
- Sickness Report Monitoring
- Administer nursing care to ill, injured, convalescent, or disabled patients.
- May advise patients on health maintenance and disease prevention or provide case management.
- Maintain accurate, detailed reports and records
- Record patients' medical information and vital signs
- Facilitate health lectures and programs
- Monitoring and analysis of monthly sickness trend
- Pregnant screening and updating of pregnancy records
- Prepare and submit an annual medical report.
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least Professional License (Passed Board/Professional License Exam) in Nursing
- Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply
