Minimum Qualifications:
Graduated from college
  • A graduate of AB /BS Psychology (Industrial/Organizational), BSBA Human Resource Development Management, or any Human Resource related course
  • At least five (5) year experience in related position preferably in manufacturing sector
  • Strong analytical and planning skills
  • Good communication and presentation skills
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • General knowledge in administering psychological examinations
  • Must be a computer literate
Job Description
  • Provide support to managers or supervisors develop the skills and capabilities of staff
  • Offer advice and assistance when conducting staff performance evaluations
  • Provide basic counseling to staff who have performance related obstacles
  • Monitor staff performance and attendance activities
  • Coordinate staff recruitment and selection process
  • Prepare notices and advertisements for vacant staff positions
  • Schedule, organize and participate in applicant interviews
  • Conduct reference checks on possible candidates
  • Update and explain labor and employment issues to both management and staff

Maintenance Engineering Technicians are responsible for troubleshooting complex and/or repetitive issues on state of the art Blow Molding Machines, Custom Automation and support equipment.
