Under Finance:
- Prepare checks for all operational expenses.
- Ensure all checks are supported by approved budget prior to preparation.
- Monitor schedule/maturity dates of checks and endorse to CFO for funding.
- Update status of checks in the company's internal operating system.
Under Benefits:
- Prepare and submit R1/R3, E2, MSRF and other mandatory forms for new and resigning employees.
- Prepare SSS, Philhealth and Pagibig remittance and loan reports.
- Ensure all employees have membership numbers with SSS, Philhealth, Pagibig and BIR (TIN).
- Assist employees with loan application/ benefit claims (maternity, sickness, etc)
- Reconcile and resolved concerns of employee remittance records.
- Update employer and employee records as necessary.
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, Office Management and other related courses
- Miniminum 2 years experience in general business operations and administrative support
- Analytical.
- Well organized.
- Works quickly and efficiently.
- Able to multi-task and work with minimum supervision
- Has excellent communication and writing skills
- Pro-active and can work well with others
