Job Description
- Create, update and maintain apps that can run on both iOS and Android platforms using web technologies such as JavaScript, HTML, CSS and native mobile technologies such as Swift, Objective-C, Java or Kotlin
- Write well-organized, efficient and testable code that consistently guarantees and considers performance, scalability, readability, security, and cross-platform responsiveness
- Test, troubleshoot, find optimum solutions to resolve and eliminate app issues, bugs or errors
- Ensure promote the delivery of desired output accurately, according to committed schedule
- Participate in project planning, requirements gathering, app design and architecture
- Regularly provide a progress report to immediate superior
Minimum Qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience with mobile (IOS or Android) app development
- Experience and proficiency with native mobile app languages such as Swift, Objective-C, Java or Kotlin
- Knowledge and experience with native mobile app development tools like XCode, Gradle, Android Studio, etc.
- At least 1 year of experience with responsive web (PHP, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript) app development
- Adequate experience with database management systems such as MySQLor MS SQL
- Experience with API (SOAP, REST) integration or any third-party libraries (XML, JSON)
- Knowledge and experience with Version Control Systems such as Git, Gitlab, Github or BitBucket
- Basic knowledge of Linux or Unix-based operating systems or distributions such as Ubuntu or CentOS
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
