Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES
- In charge of online sourcing for recruitment
- Monitoring of recruitment lead measures
- In charge of interviewing and screening of applicants (Financial Advisors)
- Ability in communicating effectively with all the employees
- Perform other HR/Admin related task/job when asked to
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of BS Psychology, Human Resources Development, or any equivalent courses
- With at least 1 year experience in Recruitment and Sourcing
- Can handle bulk recruitment and can interview different position levels
- Strong interviewing skills, communication, and MS Office proficiency
- Highly organized
